i started a new bout of gout...yay...my foot hurts to walk, but also effects sleep and general well being. Immediately started taking vitamin C pills and upping dosage of tumeric (everyone should take those, xcept with gall bladdder issues, you will dump your bile immediately) this can and had impacted work as in pain, and just general stuff, like dishes stack up as dont wanna be on feet....
so awesome things...the umbrella academy on netflix...sadly i looked this up in wiki, its based on comics...so they dont say a lot in first 3 hr long episodes...slowly revealing things...its really good. Loving it so far. time travel, superheros...id say more but spoilers...seems well written thing if u can get thru first 4 episodes out of 10...
