POLICE arrested me !!!!!!!!!!!!!! some details
:) hi,i was arrested and sent to jail.in my state its not illegal to ride a motorized vehicle that has pedals because its considered a bicycle they then threatened me with a charge of a felony for having of the shelf Tylenol pills as a narcotic? after i said i was going to file a complaint for them t-boning me with there police car on purpose they then ramed my already bleeding face into the ground.they said and i quote "we should steal this mask" they then tried to steal my fursuit by supposedly impounding my costume at the police station they work at then took me to a jail 40 miles away. when i got out of jail they said we don't have it when i was at the station when they took it in there and saw them walk in with my fursuit with my on eyes.i had to use my police friend of higher rank to magically retrieve it after they said they said they don't have it.i was also given citations.they also towed my bike instead of impounding which is way worse because the tow company wanted $600 plus $50 a day everyday they keep it instead of the $150 if they had impounded it with the police station and they did that so they can cover up the fact that it was a bicycle and not a motorcycle because to my surprise the judge never gets to see the vehicle in question if its towed vs impounded if it doesn't qualify for a tag.when i went to court they had me in traffic court for vehicles when i wasn't even in a car they dropped all charges,my anger now is i'm riding a regular bicycle and am consistently surround by police and pulled over and harassed when i'm exercising,taking pictures or shooting music videos when i have more proof that its not illegal what i'm doing my state has no bicycle lanes and no helmet laws.and i found further proof that i can wear mask by law.think how ridiculous this is i live in a extremely violent area,with drug dealers, gangs,and shootings and there bothering me...
i already won this :),prob is i keep getting harassed with police with there hand on there guns every so often when i cosplay.
mask law proof, i only need to meet one of the four to wear mask.i meet #1,#2 and #3
proof # 1,2,3,4 are exceptions (can wear mask)

876.16 Sections 876.11-876.15; exemptions.—The following persons are exempted from the provisions of ss. 876.11-876.15:
(1) Any person or persons wearing traditional holiday costumes;
(2) Any person or persons engaged in trades and employment where a mask is worn for the purpose of ensuring the physical safety of the wearer, or because of the nature of the occupation, trade, or profession;
(3) Any person or persons using masks in theatrical productions, including use in Gasparilla celebrations and masquerade balls;
(4) Persons wearing gas masks prescribed in emergency management drills and exercises.
