I have to say I don't like it. Unlike other shows that bother to animated their opening, they used clips from the show to make this. Normally i wouldn't care, but along with the lyrics.. it seems like it's pandering to marketing and trying to sell toys more than tell a story.
Of course a trailer or opening doesn't make a show.. but compare to the other stuff... even the stuff I don't care about, this is just cheap and only a few different word choices could had made a better song.. like not mentioning any of the care names.. to imply a prejudice against green bears. They did Oopsie dirty and even though Good Luck is apart of the team, he's not mentioned in the song
That is true, but this is also being used as a way to get people to get Boomerang, a streaming service that this show is on exclusively. The people at Cloudco want to get people excited about this.. as people were about ice cream flavored ponies known as My Little Pony.
And this wasn't their first attempted. None of the shows they made since the Nelvana original made the headway I would suspect they wanted. In this one I know they're going to try, but this intro song doesn't reflect what I have faith they're going for.
Of course I'm going to give my money and watch all the episodes as they come out, but i'm not sure other people will.
