Off to the movies!

It’s official, I’m booked with a reserved ticket to see Dragon Ball Super Broly today! When I was getting things ready to go my brother was in charge of getting the tickets when I was in charge of getting the rest like the way to go and all that. Well I gotta go and get ready, gotta be leaving in about a hour if we want to get there in time. Latter!

It sure was! Those fight scenes was so awesome they had me on the edge of my seat, especially Gogita vs Broly. That fight has to be my favorite part of the movie for me. Plus the backstory of how Planet Vegita was destroyed was a very nice touch to show how everything first started. Definitely getting the Blu-ray digital combo pack when it’s time for that to be out for the movie.

One thing I'm wondering about is when Dragonball suddenly started giving us so many high quality waifus. I mean, the entire run of Z gave us like...3, maybe 4? even if we count filler and the movies, and Super has given us close to a dozen in a run barely a quarter as long. Cheelai got a VERY positive response in my theater from the audience, and I almost cried during the scene with Gine. (I haven't felt like that for a character that died in a flashback since Mipha)

That scene with Gine got me right in the feels, I almost lost it myself too. When Cheelai was first shown where I went they was just about hyped about her but they just lost it when Vegita went SSG from the audience where I went. Almost every time a big fight came out there was cheering going on at my theater but not as much as SSG Vegita got.
