I personally like:
-Both video and interactive
-Voice acting if it's possible
-Sound if it's possible
-Both story driven and mindless action
-Both complex and simple stories

Interactive is always fun.
I honestly dont care much for sound or VA. its such a mixed bag that I just prefer to not deal with it at all.
A story is nice if its secondary, so simple.

what about "sex sfx" like wet slaps and stuff, but for the voice of the characters, something like old school jrpg or undertale, subtitles with small sound-effects?

I do like that idea for a replacement for VA. Its probably the best compromise. As for sounds, if you can find some good ones then yeah thats fine. Sometimes it just sounds like someone hitting a desk with a slipper and a bad mic or something lol.
Moans and such can also be alright sometimes as long as they match somewhat. Like if its a character with an established voice it seems off to impose some random, completely different sounding porn star's voice, y'know?

As a side note one thing that takes me out if it in general is when the sounds don't match whats going on. Theres an amazing animation called Scurge of the Evil that includes a tentacle portion but it uses a slapping sound like two people are having sex even though in the video at that point in the video nothing is really "slapping" against anything.

Interactive (it allows the user to find and view a favorite part of the animation with little to no effort)
Sound (mostly wet sound effects that you can find online, such as Zonkpunch or Zone's sounds, but a mute option would be nice)
Subtitles (no moaning or voices pls, badly done or overdoing it can be a big turn off)
Now the last one depends:
If mostly porn focused: mindless action (no context needed majority of the time)
If not too focused: simple (so it doesn't lose the reader's attention and is easy to write.)

From what I recall, the only porn games that have had me invested in the non-porn story were ones that were similar to visual novels, such as the Dune flash and Teraurge. But that's because they treat their porn as a side reward, and not the main focus.
There's also JSK Studio's animations that require you to pick certain dialogue options in order to get certain endings, but you can partly ignore those and get straight to sex.

Video, Sound/No Sound, Voice Acting/Subtitles, Story driven (either complex or simple)
I've seen too many loops and tiny adult animated shorts, it would be fresh to have watched a bit of an animated video even for 3 or 4 minutes, that's just me though.

well, long animations are a hell on earth to do (at least for me) ,even more complex for 2d animation.
my dream is to make a long animation, but it takes even longer to make (longest animation i made took me around a year to make and it is barely 5 minutes long with a very simple style)

Well, i'm a slow worker, and that particular animation was also my first long animation (only done loops b4 that)
i'm sure a more experienced animator can make stuff in shorter time, but it is still time consuming.
usually good 2d animation requires dozens of people to make it good
there are of course exceptions, where 1 animator does everything, but it always takes a long fucking time.
golden age newgrounds come to my mind, where 1 guy did most of the job, but just uploaded once every 4 months at best.

Video.
No sound if the audio in use would detract from the animation if they were of low-quality.
Subtitles. Finding a VA can be costly.
Either or on story vs. mindlessness.
Keep it simple if you can.

I guess I prefer video with voices, sound, and story. I enjoy both complex and simple depending on my mood but I guess I lean more towards simple unless its a long running series.

Some hentais I've seen but I am assuming you are talking short fan stuff like flash animations or similar. Can't say any come to mind at the moment but I feel you. Sometimes voice over are just so bad you wonder why bother.

for interactive or video i like both options equally so i would do some of each personally, i like sound mainly for one reason there can be some hot moaning which is tied in with voice acting as a yes, i believe zonkpunch has a collection of moan sounds that are free to use that are pretty hot. prefer simple stories the most but am fine with any setup.

), but for some reason flash kept crashing on me.
I guess is time for me to install a newer version, but as swf has only 1 more year before it disappears, i'm trying to find if there is another engine to make interactive animations.

I've heard some people were going to move to Toon Boom a few years ago, but I'd suggest to do some research before buying the program.
Some said it was a better Flash at the time.

toonboom is an animation program, and is the program i currently use, but that's it, an animation program, you cant make buttons or games or anything other than animation (or pictures if you like the way vector drawings look)
the way i have done it so far is i render a swf using toonboom, then use flash cs6 to add the buttons and loops and stuff.

i'm thinking about learning unity, or something similar, maybe html5 , i don't know yet

Honestly, for me a lot of these depend on what you're trying to do. Interactivity is nice, but too much of a hassle if it's not going to do much (e.g. only change the speed). Sound and voice can be nice in principle, but is hard to do well and really makes the whole thing look bad when it isn't. Story driven and mindless action are both good in their own ways, depending on what you want to get across. Mindless action can get boring if there isn't any context to it, and a story is useless if it's only there as an excuse for porn. Generally, if it's main point is to be a lewd animation, I'd say a simple story is better, but if the video is mostly story-driven then a complex story might be better.

I actually prefere videos to be honest, a lot of times the pace of Interactive animations are too slow/fast for me

Sound or No Sound?
Nothing better than having sound~

Voice Acting or Subtitles?
Both can be good. Voice acting however can be off putting (like unfitting voices for example)

Story Driven or Mindless action?
A slight story is good~

And if story driven:
Complex or simple?
Simple storys are better in my opinion, because complex storys can drift a bit away from what the viewer is actually focusing on, But that's just personal taste~

My only major preference here is no voice acting, if there must be dialog have it in subtitles. The effort is admirable but I find it incredibly awkward nearly all of the time.

Das does a lot of animations of this vein. It has a set type of small story for the setting, subdued sounds if any, no actual speaking, and subtitles for the dialogue.

Video - Mostly for the "hands free" experience and watch things play out. While I do like interactive, I prefer video.
Sound - Doesn't have to be perfect but having the option is nice
Subtitles - In place of voice acting, it lets talking be a bit more direct. Plus saves money on paying for voice actors on the animators side of work.
Story driven - I like a story with my porn.
Simple - a bit of info on whats going on or a prolouge of events before getting into the actual action. Though I do like complex as well.

Rockcandy recently released an interactive animation with a lot of story set up in the beginning before heading into the porn. He's also done some similar but complex in the fact, unless you played one, you'd likely not know whats going on or why characters interact the way they do.

The recent flash's name is "Spectacular Spectrophilla"

The other ones I've mentioned in order of release are his Headlights and Christmas Ham" followed by his (my personal favorite) "Rudolf's Revenge". The second one takes place after the first one and has the titular Rudolf getting revenge over what happened to him when he and the male character "interacted".

Another "complex" animation that comes to mind is Animo's "Breaking The Quiet" series. Parts 1 and 2 are out with a 3rd currently being made. Has a lot of voice acting, dialog, sound and general quality to it that's really good, especially if you enjoy some human on horse action.

Video, if interactive just scene selection.
Longer play time (One minute or more)
Position changes, so that means multiple loops and potentially transitions
Not just one loop + cumshot because that shit is oversaturated. Search "animated" on e621 and it's just 2 second fucking loops over and over.
I prefer just the action with a premise. Don't waste half the animation setting it up, but setting a scene is nice if done quickly.
Your werehog + cream animation was turning out very much to be a format I enjoy for animations.

Sound? Sure. slaps and wetness noises are okay if they're not too low quality and repetitive.
Voice acting? Usually stay away. If ANYTHING then JUST moans, and even then if you can't get a fitting voice just leave it out.
Never dialogue. Porn dialogue is never good. There's like one furry animation that has semi-sexy dialogue and it's that one whygena one.

*Interactive or Video?: ....depends. Some kinds of interaction are fun, but others (like clicking through super-drawn-out dialogue, "clicker" or rhythm games, etc.) completely ruin it for me. Video does have the advantage of being able to jump around/rewind/etc. easily.

*Sound or No Sound?: Again, depends. In general it's nice, but can also ruin it if it's too loud or just generally obnoxious.

*Voice Acting or Subtitles?: Voice acting can be nice, but it depends. In any case subtitles are always appreciated regardless.

*Story Driven or Mindless action?: Depends on my mood, but in general I guess I prefer either mindless action (so I can fill in the story in my head, so to speak) or certain kinds of (generally light) story. Nothing too involved or long.

*And if story driven:
Complex or simple?: Simple, definitely.
