Since I don't use this place for dumping my thoughts anymore (Twitter is great for that), I may as well plop down one final post and use it to hold ideas for art I want to get at some point. Also, not that I expect to actually get any responses, but this would be a good way to garner some artist suggestions, since I'm terribly picky and also never know what I want and also can't generally recall many of them off the top of my head.
Anyway, on to the list (some of these are courtesy of others who have better and/or more ideas than me):
A pose I like in general is sitting on the edge of a chair/bed/etc. with huge sack resting on the floor, thighs spread around it
Adilor bursting out of his shorts after he lost his concentration trying to conceal ball size (for appearing normal when out in society (mostly related to FurwoodFC))
PEE
--Getting a full tummy of it from someone, from either or both ends
--Omo, desperation, like being stuck at his desk on a very long phone call, trying his best to hold it, but eventually spilling it all over the floor
CBT - having those big balls whapped or squeezed until he just starts spilling their contents helplessly
Some big toy stuffing stuff, ideally splattering the floor hands free due to getting a large knot lodged inside his butt or puss
EGG - y'know, ovi, or a depiction of him squeezing out one of those big eggs that tend to be the product of breeding him
Napping on an ampharos' tummy (optional long amphy dick halfway nudged into him)
Edging competition, going back and forth with a horny friend, loser is the one who refuses to edge again or pushes too far and accidentally cums (multiple potential outcomes on this one if it's a comic or image series)
Adilor having his balls carried by some smaller creature, walking behind him
Adilor gets a bit too drunk and ???
Slice of life stuff
-(General) Having to deal with a tall counter at a restaurant or store or something, barely able to see over the edge
-(Hyper) Sitting on a public bus in just a hoodie, balls spilling out over the front of the seat (one of the sideways ones), taking up a significant amount of aisle space
