A happy new year!
What's up? I think in 2018 i grew some confidence about my art, I realized its worth a pretty high amount. However, there is the drawback is business prices can sorta only be afforded by businesses (for the most part). It means i gotta change my approach on earning money.
Sooooo, I'm working on a comic. Starring my character! I drew about 8 pages, still got 11 pages left to go for the first comic. I think the goal is to try to go two pages a day until i can caught up.
I said jan 2nd, but its looking like its gonna be jan 6 now.
I can't guarantee a specific time, but along with the comic, I'm also working on parallel projects.
*Find people to translate my comic on a regular basis to various languages
Priorities: English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish
Bonus points: Portuguese, German, French, Korean
*Revamp my website so it can display the free version of my comic
*Set-up a word document for a glossary for character names and the translation in each language.
Why do it like this? I thought about it, and realized people who share art all over the web are REALLY fucking fast. It spreads to all the big sites on the web. Like same day. However, this doesn't mean it always gets translated. If I get the comic translated, more people understand the story, and thus have a much higher chance of supporting it.
We'll see how it goes.
