I've come to say I'm pretty bad off right now. I'm going to be moving out of California as soon as possible. I no longer have the money or the means to keep me housed here. My Dad and I are both planning to move up to Oregon and I need as much help as possible to move out. Most of the situation is explained on this page
Also my pen is broken and I had to order a new one. So no art for a few days.

Best thing I ever did was leave California (lived there for 20 years myself). Just be aware you're far from the first person to move to Oregon from there. So expect prices to be on the rise there, especially anything Portland related.
