Bad Movie Friday!

This Friday's theme title is 'Bad Movies I liked as a kid Friday'.

We all had those favorite movies and shows that we now know to be garbage and ponder why we loved it as a kid. My mom was in town recently and after watching some similar films, I apologized for the movies I had her rent for me all the time. To make it worse, she knew exactly what I was talking about. XD

Show starts at 8 pm central time in America(9pmEST).
All of you in Australia and Japan will have to wait for around mid day Saturday. ;3

I did watch that as a kid but not too much. Actually, one(two?) I know some will fully disagree with being called bad.

The late '70s through the late '80s had some great stinkers that I certainly would call "guilty pleasures", like the first four Police Academy movies, Student Bodies, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, Spaced Invaders, Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid, and so much more... It was a great time to be a schlock movie fan back then. :)

(who once thought of creating a schlock movie called NEKO!, about a giant kitten terrorising his home town, in the vein of bad Japanese monster movies-- Oh, if only cinematographic equipment were as affordable and readily available back then as they are now, I would've done it! :D )

*grin* I've probably forgotten more than I can remember, though... :) If you haven't, give the Elfman brothers' Forbidden Zone or Proctor & Bergman's (of Firesign Theatre) J-Men Forever! a try for classic schlock fun... ;)
