So every year I get up early and watch Detroit's Thanksgiving parade. This year I had a wonderful little moment of surreality. The Children's Hospital float was going by and I did a double take. "Is that...!?" I didn't know if it was an intentional Easter egg or if someone just needed a butterfly reference so they went to Google. Either way, I finally remembered it out of the blue today and hunted down photos of the parade floats till I could prove I wasn't losing my marbles.

Thanks! For the congratulations and the offer. I do have an editing team on standby. We usually do radio plays of my stories. Helps me hear any problems in the flow or dialogue.
And I won't lie, it gets rough pretty soon. You'll know when. But I'm never cruel to my characters without a purpose.
