I'm very sorry you're having to deal with this, but Tumblr got removed from apple's app store over pornography of minors. Tumblr acted very quickly to choose money over freedom of expression and they have placed the new ban in order to be restored on the App store. You will most likely not get your page back. Tumblr's new terms of service completely ban Shota, Loli, and Cub.

I know people were posting real porn featuring minors according to the news, but they were also more conserned with the cartoons.
