Patreon? Never!!!!

Sometimes I wonder how it is that there are artists who hardly improve their content and already have patreon. I ... personally, I think I don't draw so badly,but I know that I do not draw as I really want. I don't have patreon and I will never have it for 2 things: 1. I don't need it. If I really needed the money I would work extra hours in my work and earn more money. Or practice and practice in the drawing and be more varied and creative.
2. I just don't understand that platform. and I do not like the things that I do not understand ...
something I remember that my art teacher told me "while you recieve your payment for your work there will always be someone who recives more money than you and him/her work is much worse" naturally it is true .
but you know what? not all those artists plan a request free event in the first days of December (very soon! just wait)

bueno creo yo que es la ley de la selva realmente, muchos artistas triunfan por los temas que dibujan, por ejemplo si dibujan temas de un videojuego popular o personajes que tienen ya un fanbase pues suben mas rapidom aqui si existe la demanda habra quien oferte y es verdad lo llegue a ver en deviantart, artistas que hacian ilustraciones impresionantes y con buena técnica tenian unos pocos cometarios o visitas mientras los que hacian temas populares tenian miles,creo yo que como dices lo importante es esforzarse y claro disfrutar lo que haces ^^

ya ves y hasta te chulearon tus dibujos ^^ por cierto quieres ver algo interesante?, no no es mi pagina de patreon, no tengo bueno creo que si la cree una vez pero solo para ver de que se trataba hace como 6 meses y nunca subi nada ^^

pues si asi pasa tambien tenia una pagina de rmblr pero seguro ya tiene hasta telarañas ^^ mira esto es lo que te queria mostrar https://sta.sh/01htberqxc5w es un trabajo que no publique fue parte de una comision pero el cliente no se decidia por un traje hicimos esta tabla con sus ideas hasta que pudo decidir ^^

Your opinion is spot on. I'm also a creator and I would never use Patreon to screw over my watchers/viewers. I can name a few notorious artists on here that abuse Patreon.

Comm`on! I think you deserve your Patreon account. Another thing is that you can not SPECIFICALLY deal with it, diligently and persistently filling it with stuff, like other users who want to turn it into an additional LARGE source of income.

You can from time to time upload to your Patreon those works that you want. And you will have your well-deserved income from it. On some Lemonade.

For example, I do not have a Patreon for the reason that the money is withdrawn there through PayPal, but I can`t and don`t want to use this platform. There are no other ways. And I don't see why I need to start another additional art gallery, which I can't even shoot a well-deserved 3 bucks a month.

And you have another, you use PayPal. And why don't you try the Patreon? I'm sure your art is good enough for that. Although in recent time the Patreon Administration started to tighten the rules on NSFW-artists, h-hm...

You think? Ahh thank you, but I'm half silly to complete things and although I want specify the truth that's fine.
Apart from that, I have two salaries, the main one, where I work and represent the money I need to live, the other I receive for my work drawings (and it's not because I want to show off, but my teacher loves that i have this personal mini-company, I think I'm her favorite) and that money represents the money to buy nonsense, but it's not vital for me at all.

people give the verdict if I have potancial, and I don't feel ready to have a patreon, and limiting viewers by a wall of money does not seem loyal to me.
yes the rules with patreo also limit me a lot my ideas.
I want to be different. I also don't consider myself as an artist but I want to be one of the few "artists" who do not have patreon

Well, do what you think is right, your choice. And I honestly like it. For my personal opinion, now too many people on the Internet are trying to snatch the "big jackpot". Which is not really there for most, only 10-15 bucks.
