Drawpile is an online cooperative drawing program where up to 20 people(by default) can draw on the same canvas at the same time over the internet. In some ways it is similar to multistreaming, only everybody can draw, but have to use the same program.

The PM has nothing to do with checking quality of art. Any artist is welcome no matter the skill level. The PM is to keep it from randomly being flooded by people who find the journal and come in to cause trouble.
Hey, you don't have to draw well. You'll get better if you draw more often and keep at it. A drawing tablet helps, however. Mouse drawing is frustrating business, unless you are drawing a mouse with a tablet.
