When I say "read my F-list before submitting ideas", I mean read my F-list before submitting ideas. If you send me stuff that includes anything in my "NO" list (e.g., no females), you're wasting your time. I'm not gonna write that shit and I'm deleting those submissions.
On another point, remember this is 1500 words per story. I am writing 30 of these across the month. I get that some of you are keen about particular things happening with your characters, but you have to see this for what it is. These are single scene stories with one or two beats. That's it. Especially with my writing style. If your submission is, "A happens, and then B happens, and then C happens, and then D happens, and then E happens, and..." then it's not happening.
Finally, everyone is welcome to submit, but if you've never actually read any of my writing, odds are your idea is going to be nowhere near the mark for the kinds of things that actually appeal to me. It's pretty obvious when this is the case. While I'm asking people for ideas, I'm doing this equally as an act of generosity to my readers as well as to help develop my writing skills. I'm not going to slave away on things that don't fit my writing style because that doesn't appeal to me at all.
I didn't see any necro in your idea. Either way something like that isn't a dealbreaker to an idea like having females in it is, because I'm gay, and I write smut, so it should involve dudes, so I actually enjoy writing it.
Feel free to submit multiple ideas if you want to anyway.

What if the suggestion involves someone getting stolen away from his girlfriend and she's only mentioned in passing to point out that it's cheating? ^^

Well it's common sense really. I'm gay and write gay smut. It's not like I'm a female-phobe -- fuck, sometimes I get off to straight porn. But anyone who's actually read my stuff before or read my f-list or looked at my profile would know I'm gay and that I'm not into girls. Why would I want to write straight smut, especially when I'm doing it for free?

DasherSlash, thanks for clarifying things here. It's a shame you got inappropriate ideas, but this was informative for better understanding what you were looking for. Used this and your other journal as a guide for the ideas I just submitted.
No matter which ideas you decide to write in November, best of luck with them! Looking forward to seeing what you can accomplish. Thanks again for sharing your work online!
