Apparently my PC loves blue screens now.

I think I got everything working now, not 100% sure tho.

Im not sure but if these started after installing the new drive ots likely the drive or a conpatability issue. Tried updateing the bios and drivers for the new hdd? Coukd also try a clean install?

You don't need drivers for a hard disk drive. However, if you're installing an SSD or non-SATA boot drive, then a BIOS update might be required.

I suggest going into Safe Mode or booting into the BIOS and reformatting the boot drive and do a clean install of the operating system. You might also want to either reset the BIOS configuration and/or reordering what drives boot first.

You could also try replacing the CMOS battery, re-seating the RAM, or just give the inside of the case a good spray with canned air.

this, its quite rare but the CMOS litte plate battery sometimes derps out, try getting it out and then getting it in again, or just replace it at all, they are cheap as heck some cents I think, my first desktop ring started to throw me bsod because of that, or maybe your SATA bus is loose on the hard disk side/mobo, that way cant boot.

i would try doing a BIOS update if that does NOT solve the issue return the HDD for a refund or a new one mgiht just be a shit drive. it should be under both a warrenty and a return polacy at this point.
