Looking at perhaps restarting an ambitious project I wrote the design docs for... what, a decade ago, now? I've been thinking that it might make for an interesting Fallout 4 mod at this point, or perhaps even a private server mod for Fallout 76. Originally intended as a DLC-sized Fallout3 mod.
Not at all, since I have no real modeling/animation skills and the design calls for at least six new races IIRC. I could do the whole thing up to and including "The Molerats of NIMH", but for the Nebraska section I'd only be able to create the base, quests, and a ton of placeholder characters.
