I feel useless as an artist

No one really wants what I offer. Even if I reduce my rates. I did sketches for two bucks and someone close to me made an excuse not to get one... I mean 2 dollars come on.

Anyway... struggling... really struggling here... and about ready to just.. bite the bullet...

Did you have support throughout? Did you have to worry about your means of Transportation? Have you been to the lower depths of your psyche that tells you everything will never be alright?

cant say i did. I never relied on my art as my sole means of employment, i worked EVERY day. I biked and bussed to work, even when it was across town. life got shitty and i just pushed through. i got sad and i wanted to quite but i didnt. i moved on.
