About 2 weeks ago, after a very long period of not even touching myself, I found a lump over my left testicle of quite a noticeable size.
Already went to see a doctor, had an ultrasonography taken and it turns out to be something called spermatocele which gladly isn't cancerous and would only require surgery if it keeps growing.
"Funny" thing was when I was at the doctor and he went through the routine questions: if I was married, if I had children...then he asked how often I have sex...to which I answered truthfully that I've never had it. There was this about 5 sec-long awkward silence and he made such an expression of disbelief that even I was able to pick up (I'm usually pretty bad at reading people's expressions).
Well...at least now I can say that someone else has touched my bits. *shrugs*
Bottomline is...guys and gals...check your respective bits regularly and go see a doctor if anything weird shows up.
I'm not gonna lie, starting to read this I'm sitting here biting my thumb saying "Fuck don't let it be cancer". I'm glad its not and that its not life threatening, though its still relatively more serious than some things, so you have my best wishes that it naturally heals. Keep safe, best bunny!

I have to at least keep it at check...I'm still going back to the doctor with the ultrasound results and hear what's his opinion about having it removed.
