The fa staff actually check duplicate on other sites, this one is age regression, therefor cub. It is tagged as cub on both your post and the artist page. So it was removed breaking their own set of rules.

True, but the issue is that they can't run over millions of user, and keep track to who have a first warning and who doesn't, it would make queuing of ticket even longer.
Also when the tos is updated, they always give time for people to check their submission, like a whole quarter when cub was banned.
