i had one on my right wrist from working on cars at work and it went away after i stopped accidentally hitting my wrist when the wrench slipped

A wrist brace might help. That's what I used for a while. After that I just stopped myself from hitting it.

For gaming a little bit, I had to move my whole hand and wrist but it worked out. For drawing i'm left-handed so for you it may be a bit difficult

Ok.... well you may just have to move your whole arm and be extra careful when drawing or gaming. Other then that I got nothing else unfortunately.
