Hi guys! This was touched upon in the last journal, but its still an issue that is being brought up so I wanted to address it again. For those of you who either are expecting emails from us, or are awaiting confirmation of some kind please check the Spam/Junk folder of your email
For some reason a lot of the time when we send emails out they go to those folders. We're not sure why it keeps happening, and until we figure out how to circumvent it please check if you are expecting to hear from us. We send emails under the following circumstances:
- In response to applications
- If there's going to be a delay with your order
- Your order is out of stock
- We haven't heard back from you for whatever reason
If you haven't been able tor each us, or are waiting on confirmation for something and an email hasn't been sent, please check the Spam/Junk folder or contact us via the note system here on InkBunny. Likewise, if you have applied to be an artist but have not been notified of our decision then feel free to note us
We hope to resolve this issue soon, and we thank you for your patience and understanding!
