Well as the time States I just guarded and 7 day suspension from for a fan for posting A310 years ago that apparently violates the ambiguous rules of the AUP I on the site. At the moment I am debating with my suspension is over on for fatties should I nuke my gallery or just spend a few days deleting any submission that is a potential or possible violation of the AUP. Issue I have with the adman's on SA is that there they have no f******* code of conduct they have no TOS that they should follow which is f******* wrong at the same time there is no way to appeal a suspension or a permaban.

Ah alright - I think I got it now, just checked the tags on the effected story. Even if you didn't tag it as cub or teen on FA they'll still take action. All it takes is someone to report you and link the same thing elsewhere with those tags or one of the mods/admins to become aware of it through some other means.

Claim L Mr. Coyote the question was posted over 9 years ago on FA in all honesty I think they should just insta ban anybody for having passed Mrs. That violate the current AUP just lets the person know Hey we're gonna give you anywhere from one week to 2 weeks to get this cleared up and eliminated otherwise at that time you will be suspended and that's mission and your gallery nuked.

for god sake dont just ban. Proper responce to a former good now bad (aspecily if there was previous atempts to clean the bad out but this was missed) Would be. Remove the post from public view. (give the artist a chance to grab a copy for backup perpuses) after the artest is notefied and logs in again then remove compleatly.

Several years back now I had a really bad run in with Dragoneer and his wife over one of their freinds stealing craft designs I made and not crediting me for them. The artist frankly told me to F off and their status as close personal freinds with Dragoneer let them do it. I reported them only to have Squiggle threaten to perma ban every single one of my watchers and me if I didn't just ignore it. I reported her to Dragoneer who was wanting proof. I go to get screen caps and Squiggle had deleted every single note i had saved on FA for 5+ years. I let Dragoneer know of this and his response was to tell me that every admin can read/alter/delete anything on every account. However deleting required Admin approval that he never gave so he would tell Squiggle to go make him some food while he questioned and looked into it. The artist was never held to the rules to credit me for the designs I was told by Dragoneer id be under a 72 Hour suspension within 2 hours Squiggle perma banned me. I spent over 5 months trying to get answers finally did though one of the mods who had a DA account Squiggle banned me permanently and Dragoneer ordered a Gag order on the situation to hide the fact that they violated their own rules on the situation.
I followed what others had done and made a new account and tried to keep on the down low however when Veterans day came around Squiggle Perma banned the second account. My wife after that made a business page to sell our combined products though. I had and still today have zero access to it and that page was perm suspended with FA admins telling her to have that page back she has to prove she divorced me and prove shes moved me out of my home so i cannot benefit from the page in any way. the suspension came from me running a similar page on DA in blatant violation of their what happens off FA stays off FA but no one can hold that shitty site accountable.
Someone really needs to buy the site from IMVU and perm ban and shame Dragoneer and all FA staff for the shit they have done over the last few decades now.
