Some time ago, maybe last year, I read an article and some other information on specialized text colours for programmers to use. They were really interesting colours, designed for use in programming IDEs. It's normal for an IDE to colour things like braces and operators differently. These colours were supposed to be better for the eyes, but they also looked very interesting.
Unfortunately I can't remember where I read about that. I'd like to experiment with some different text colours, and I would love to have this information handy, but I don't even know where to look. Looking for colours or colors for programmers gives you a whole bunch of colour codes. Alas, my Google-Fu is not strong enough.
Do any of you know about the text colouring community? There was a large group sharing different colour ideas then, so I expect they're still around. If you could help me find them, it would be a great boon.
