Yesssss, this round we won. The most in the EU-Parlament did say no to Upload-filter. In September it goes to the next round. So I sure keep my eyes open there.
And of course Axel Voss from the CDU didn't wanted to take the petition, saying it was a bunch of lies, while someone from the pirate-party saw the danger of the upload filter. Upload filter don't see if something is really against copyright claim or not.
So true. And Article 11 and 13 are nothing but censorship, which can damage many people. Youtubers earn their money with the moneytization. With those censorships youtube is as good as dead. Excpet some stupid homevideos, which I didn't like back then, when they did post it in TV (ohhh, he stumbles ... how .... uhm..... funny I guess.) or some catvideos. (oh cute ...... yeah ...yawn.) I like those shows like How it should have ended, REACTS, Everything wrong with.... aso. Also artist couldn't post their own art, because copyright (even though it is themselves putting it in the internet free to share) Why I didn't went into the movie "Last Airbender?" because critics and people who went into the movie, saying how crappy it was and a waste of money. Why did I went into the movie Deadpool. Positiv Critics and happy people coming out of the theater. Lets all hope that with September this year Article 11 and 13 are GONE for GOOD. And I sure won't vote the CDU/CSU. Not with such people in it who wanted those certain Articles.
