Hey everyone, hope you're all holding up well with the heat wave we've been having lately. It's really hot here in CT!
I'm leaving for Anthrocon today, and wanted to post an update before I go. Over the last two months, my work process has been very slow due to being sick. The short of it is my anxiety medication ended up giving me the side effect of depression, which is not a great thing to deal with while trying to work from home. I've made some changes to my medical care and have been feeling increasingly better, so there's no need to worry, but it does mean I'm more behind on commissions than I planned to be before heading off to Anthrocon. I'm still making progress on the commissions I have in my Commissio queue, and they get priority over any take home commissions I may add to my queue from the convention, so please rest assured that if you haven't heard from me in a bit about your commission, things are still A-OK and will move along fine. I greatly appreciate people's patience with me as always when it comes to that.
As for Anthrocon itself, I'll be selling in the Artist Alley again this year, offering commissions, originals for sale, bookmarks, limited matted prints, and sticker sheets. I also have two panels reserved in the art show again this year, one in the general section and one in the adult only section. Many of the pieces you may recognize from the year before, but I also have a few new ones to show, too. I hope that if you're there, you get a chance to see some of my colored work in person! Scans never come out quite right, so it makes me happy to know some of you can see what they really look like.
It's been a rough couple months, and I just want to really drive home how much all of you do to help me through times like that. All the thoughtful comments, seeing people genuinely excited to be a part of my streams, and just seeing art from other artists; I'm very grateful for these things. Y'all are wonderful.
