I would say what most people would say ( because they are right!) : practice like crazy! It's like getting good at anything, repetition is the way to do it. Zero, the world champion of Smash 4, said he played 10 hours a day to get to where he was at! Jeez! Practice, but also study your favorite creators. My inspirations are Argento, CaptainKirb, theboogie (Or what ever he is called these days), and incognitymous. I study and draw their stuff a ton!
