So yeah. I've been kinda gone. Maybe you guys noticed, maybe not. Honestly, alot has been keeping me away.
One reason is the whole 3d art thing that happened here. Kinda kills your motivation to get a flat 'You aren't welcome here' in relation to something you've been doing for 2 years. I'm not debating it though. Its over, ruling has been passed, just gotta move on. I will be doing stuff on other sites later but for now... blechhhhh...
Another reason is work. I've been working a 3:30 to 12 shift with a hour commute at both ends for 3 months now. I'm no stranger to full time work, its been most of my career, but this job is pretty engaging work. I work as a heavy machinery operator at a frozen good warehouse. By the time I get home, I'm pretty damn wasted.
There are several other reason, fairly minor but stack up. I actually have been coming up with tons of ideas and have a sizable list of pics, gifs, and animations that I want to work on, but finding the time, energy, and motivation is a serious issue right now. On top of that I'd need to set up another posting site which is always an ordeal.
For right now though, I'm on break mode. My pet cat Spook, with me for 18 years, was put down tonight. Her health finally dropped far enough quickly enough that I made the call (Not eating, couldn't drink, could barely walk, and was in obvious pain). She's been fine for a long time but her age finally caught up with her. Not easy saying goodbye but when its to spare her pain...
Anyways. I'm holding on. I will be returning, I promise. I'm hoping to get some stuff churned out whenever I get the motivation when I'm free.
