You've heard the phrase "you do not know what you have until you lose it"?
Think about those old things, those opportunities, those wishes... but for reasons of life, you choose the "I'll think for tomorrow" oh when you did lack courage in an action that years later you would know that you would regret but you know what?.. yeah, life has different plans than what we really want, It may sound bad but, if we think about it from the changes of plans that life makes in your routine good and bad things will come from meeting a new friend or losing one, from getting frustrated and learn something new
in summary everything has different causes..
my father said "opportunity is the luck to do good things" may fear or lack of belief in yourself prevent you from choosing a good option, but at the end of the day, we learn something new that will be useful for the future.
Not everything is bad!
So never let the past dominate you, the important thing is to see the future
the past, is in the past.....
