FWA Preparations!

Anyone headed to FWA in 2 weeks? Now is the time to start hyper-boosting your immune system to avoid con crud after the party.
Get some vitamins & take them daily. Down at least 8 glasses of water a day. Eat healthy for the next couple weeks.
People too often forget to prepare their body for the viral onslaught at a con. Make sure your only memories are of a great con, not the sickness after it!

*Shakes head and grins* I'm going to be out of a job, so a trip to the states (whilst fun) would be a little more expensive than I should afford. ;)

It'll happen one day :) But I've got my sights on meeting with someone else before heading stateside... *can't help but smile* Never know, if that goes really well, I may have to bring him along too ;3

Unfortunately, no longer having income and freedom more or less prevents me from going to any convention any time soon.

Hopefully, this won't be permanent, and I can at least move back up to Orlando, if not Colorado some day.

Best thing? Regular exercise. Something about it boosts your immune system.
Beware over training however, running yourself into the ground will have the opposite effect:

I always figured that's why folk get sick so often at cons, little sleep, little, or no food, and constant running around. The additional viral load is no doubt a cherry on top! ;-3
