Recently the mother of one of our patients sued our ambulance company after her son became paralyzed in an accident, claiming we are at fault. That, of course, is preposterous. We followed our protocols, as we always do. I honestly feel bad for this woman. Not only did this unfortunate incident happen to her son, she's now wasted a massive amount of money on a pointless lawsuit she can't win.
