i think the game is made for the thief which is a shame because i really wanted to be a wizard but it was never worth it.
i'll try this thief setup thanks. Bosmer are also cool to pretend to be a goat if you wear the goat fur armor. everyone talks like you're a hunter-gatherer in the forest that preys on people. that's what i want to be.

there's also a hide helmet with horns which you can get from the fallen whiterun guards when the dragon attacks the watchtower.
there's several other helmets with horns but they might not look quite right and the hide gloves and boots suit the fur, especially with the kilted armor.

well i think blunt weapons are more like a goat because goats tend to ram enemies instead of stab them with their horns like cows do.
i personally prefer hammers or maces if there is that option in a game. i've previously said why two-handed is better in skyrim than any combination of one-handed weapon with something else and better than duel wielding the melee weapons as well.
it's the range and base power that does it. one-handed just isn't fast enough to make it worthwhile when you count the damage overall.

yeah. it's pretty awkward to get a clear hit with one-handed when you're fighting up close and personal. and two-handed can hit multiple enemies at once if you get crowded.

well actually since i'm combat leveling up to the damage cap i wanted to collect zephyr. it's a really fast bow and with my skills up it'll have equal power to daedric weaponry. can you imagine the fastest bow in the game dealing that much damage. i'll be unstoppable.

you never need to pickpocket, you never need to lockpick. there's nothing in chests you need, you don't need to break into anyone's homes either by lockpicking or stealing a key and there's never anything worthwhile on people to steal. alchemy makes so much damn money in the first place there's no need for anything else.
the game has a damage cap and a defense cap so the earliest armor and weapons is all you need and light armor and one handed match the same output as heavy armor and two handed in the end. light armor and one handed has perks heavy gear doesn't have anyway like carry weight and attack speed.
archery is way to slow and hasn't enough splash damage to hit enemies up close nor does stealth work up close until you max it out. dungeons REQUIRE you to fight up close anyway.
since speechcraft is a passive gain, you'll run out of points for ALL the thief skills. don't say not to put points in speechcraft because then you're just wasting experience because you stop levelling at 100.
only good thing thieves get is a ridiculous stealth boost so you can literally stand in front of enemies and shoot them and nobody notices.
