Greetings and bienvenue all, and welcome to the first journal of April 2018! This is going to be a HUGE month, as it will be leading straight into the maelstroms of May and June. As such, this journal is going to be a real doozy!
To get the small stuff out of the way, I am open for requests! I am still working on my TOS (I'm being VERY attentive to this, as I want to be able to be comfortable while accomodating to others). Things are going to be getting crazier for me in my life, so do be aware that some of these will indeed take a little while. I am working on hammering out the issues that I currently have, like lack of focus and prioritization. I'm getting better at it bit by bit, so I do have some hope whenever I move onto commissions. I am working on my first request as the time of this journal, and as I intend to put 110% into almost everything I work on for other people, these things are essentially commissions and thus will take about the same amount of time.
My TOS for requests will be uploaded around the eleventh of April. This way, you can not only see what will be allowed for them, but also have a good glimpse into what will be allowed for commissions. As for commissions themselves, I'm hoping to open up for this month around the latter half, but if my work processes need as much work as I think they do, then the latter half to early May are the likely times.
As I've stated before, we've surpassed a hundred watches on FurAffinity a couple of weeks ago! I'll be working on a piece of my own volition to commemorate that whenever I get the chance, as this is actually kind of a biiiiig deal to me. I feel kind of bad for not doing a better job when I got fifty or seventy-five watches... but that was then. Anyways, as I've also stated previously, you all get to suggest something to be drawn as well! Put down an idea, and should it seem suitable, I'll be more than willing to draw it! Do note no scat, watersports, cub, gore, or vore.
Easter stuff is definitely going to be uploaded soon. I say soon because what happened yesterday ended up snatching up my attention and diverted me away from work, meaning a definite date will pretty much be unknown at the moment. I did have eighteen pictures planned, buuuut to be honest, I think I'm just going to play it safe for now and work on the ones I already have definite concepts for. That way, I'll at least have 2/3 of what was to be made and I could do the rest should I find some wiggle room. Keep an eye out if you can, because I cannot wait to get things uploaded for people to see.
Mayternity is definitely a go. Words cannot describe how excited I am for this, but whooo boy, it's a coming. Pardon me for being unprofressional for a bit, but I can barely contain myself at this point. Alongside the contents for Easter, this will be worked upon heavily as I have just under a month to get it all going. It's going to be pretty challenging too, as not only are there a lot of pictures planned, but they have to be kept at least somewhat sensible and comprehensible. Can't just make stuff willy nilly (I mean, I can, but this is the debut of my content for the month). Here we go! For lovely mothers glowing with maternal radiance and beauty!
The Mecha Whotanza Bonanza Bi-Month Special is coming up, and it is looking BIG. And a bit of warning; If you see any nonsensical names to any submissions, that's pretty much kind of the point. A basic blitzkrieg of content so expansive, in-depth, and over such a long time, it will be a wonder how it will manage to be coherent. Nevertheless, up to fifty pieces have been planned out for the past three years and this will be it. With the combined workload from Easter, Mayternity, a couple of birthdays, and my life's obligations, I will be taking a more realistic and surgical approach to this. It can be done quite well within the time frame, but like a lot of amazing things, that all depends very much so on my level of discipline. I know I can do it, but that's just it; Can. I'm really going to have to wrestle with all this self-doubt and low self-esteem, but make no doubts, I'm going to move forward. For giant robots!
Mother's Day and Father's Day is also coming from right around the corner like a nice ol' curveball, so I would like to say that there will be a slew of goodies for the occasion to boot. Things of both the clean and naughty variety are up to bat, so keep your heads down and your ears up! For the love of parents on either side!
I'm also looking into streaming sometime in the summer, so there's that as well. I need to be able to get a proper internet connection (Mine is high speed, but its' stability leaves MUCH to be desired), as well as a camera and a related stand; That way, I can show my work properly.
As for me uploading once per day, I think I'm going to be playing it safe by uploading something at least once per week. I really hate to say it, but my life is immensely unpredictable and I just don't know how things will play out on the current scale. Not to mention I was planning on having the previous journal say this, but I forgot to rectify it unfortunately.
I am going to be getting animations up and going, but once more, thanks to the lack of resources, and my own inability to work with a mouse, my contributions towards this particular field are going to be rather minimal for the time being. Sorry about that folks. Maybe much later in the year when I get enough materials.
I would go on about a lot of other stuff, like Youtube, Sketchfab, and a slew more, but I see no point in it at the moment given what little I have for such things. I am planning on setting up a Sketchfab soon, as I am getting back into 3D/CG modeling.
Speaking of 3D modelling, I have just begun outlining the royalty-free anthro model project. If I can get to work within the week, I can have some of the models done by December or the following January (Could be MUCH sooner, but this is me being realistic). To clarify, these are 3D models that will be ergonomic, high quality, and are going to be royalty-free for whoeever wishes to use them. For something wonderful like the fandom, it's the least I can do. More details later.
