Patreon Hypocrisy at its finest

I promised myself to stop posting these kind of journal but god dam this is a big exception.

You know the typical Patreon person right ? They (mostly) draw characters they don't own for their own benefit, don't ask the original creator's permission at all so they can paywall the stuff behind a Patreon.

Now have a quick look here https://www.patreon.com/Tsampikos on the 20$ tier

"	Star Platinum $20 or more per month - Permission to use my characters in your own commissions/art (as long as you run the idea by me first and allow me to post the art here)

Please tell me you're able to see the huge irony here - The guy doesn't want people to draw his characters without permission and a payment, yet there he is, doing the exact same thing so he can make a quick buck for himself.

Artists - Only caring about copyright protection and intellectual properties when they concern themselves

shiiiiit, if someone wanna use my characters in a patreon paywall, I'll let them do it under three conditions:

1) Gimme dat shit for free (uncensored AND CENSORED)
2) Link that shit to my accounts
3) I get to reupload it. Even if it means leaking it because it's my characters

But, hey, why should patreon waste time and resources to police the content on their own page, when they can simply raise the prices and punish the 1 dollar donors for not giving them money? Right?! Am i right?! *Seinfield theme song plays*
