Shipping costs vary depending on carrier and speed, but 2 day shipping via USPS is around $8 dollars. They do ship worldwide as well.
It takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks for the dakimakura to arrive.
So this is how ordering works. You let me know what you'd like for the designs for the front and back of the daki, what material you want it made from, let me know where to ship it, I'll tell you the cost, you send it to me via paypal and I'll make the order for you. If you don't want to discuss addresses via notes we can do it via email if you want.
