We lost internet on the 29th so I didn't get to share new years with any of you and its honestly really demoralizing. I've made two drawings since the 29th and calling them anything close to finished makes me want to slap myself. I'm in a dark place.
Coming back, I was eager to see what amazing work you guys had brewed up. So I looked through all 250 new submissions in my watch list. I was astounded and hurt all at once. I fell back down in that pit of despair.
I want to do better. That was my resolution for deity's sake. But immediately after my return, I feel I've failed at that. But, I shan't be defeated. I will break out of this cage. And its all of you guys I have to thank for that.
Plus sides, plus sides...Oh! Yeah. UniKitty. Good stuff. Ummm...Teen Titans Go, as much as I despise it, managed to crank out the Night Begins to Shine special twice, which is always pretty fun to watch. Ben 10 isn't actually that bad, although it has its moments of cringe. Umm...I saw a few of the newer episodes of Family Guy and they weren't dreadful, I actually had fun watching them. Mmm...There was the reveal of Pink Diamond, Oh yeah the schedule for CN wasn't a complete train wreck like we expected. That's about it. Our financial state has been worsening continuously and our physical lives and relationships have been anything but healthy.
But I promise more work. I may even try comics this time. Maybe.
I hope all of you had amazing new years celebrations. Or at the very least better than mine.
