in case you encounter some problems with your recent (or past) purchase of my pictures on E-Junkie, here is a list of some helpful details, including contact info, download problems and file problems. i will add more stuff as people encounter more problems (i don't hope this will happen xD )
please do not use the "contact necromuncher" thingy on e-junkie. it uses a different email which only purpose is to handle transactions!
Q: i've sent you an email earlier... you didn't answer me A: as stated above, you most likely sent an email to my GMX account, which i check once a year... if you still have a problem you couldn't solve, please send me a message (not on GMX, not through e-junkie) and i will be happy to help.
Q: something happened suring the download and now, when i try again, it tells me the download link expired! A: just send me a message with either the transaction number or the email address you used for the purchase and the episode you bought, so i can find your purchase on my list. i will then reactivate your link!
Q: i downloaded a file, but i can't open it! A: the picture sets are compressed into .rar files which can be opened with "winrar". it's a free download, just google it and you should be able to open it up ^^
Q: what format are the pictures? A: all pictures are .PNG files and can be opened by ms-paint; any other picture viewer should be able to open them.
