A bit belated, but happy holidays everyone! It was a crazy whirlwind here- we're not usually so social! So... much.... entertaining. @_@;;;
I've been happily recharging since December, and am feeling pretty darn good! I saw the ear specialist for the second time yesterday, and received a mostly clean bill of health! The hearing tests were well within normal for both sides, and the right ear looks like it's finally on the mend; he said it still looks a bit 'juicy' but thinks that just residual from the drops he prescribed between appointments. All in all, I've been feeling pretty spiffy recently, and think all the medical stuff may finally be under control. It's so great to have this ear problem I've been dealing with since October done with!
Especially since it's just in time for my birthday on the 16th! It'll be the big three-O for me, though I imagine it won't feel any different from 29, lol.
Anyway, I know it's that time for resolutions, but I don't make those- like I want to start off a brand new year with something stressful looming over me! But I am hoping to draw more this year. Hopefully a lot more, but we'll see. I really want to improve my arts, and that'll only come through doing!
I'm also hoping that maybe later on in the year I can invest in a fancier, larger tablet- we're hoping to build new computers later this year (especially since we discovered the other day that our motherboards don't even list Windows 10 as being supported), and with luck I might be able to snag a tablet too. It'd be great to have something more stable, and with the power of my desktop behind it! No more stuttering, input lag, and random blue screens!
Yay for that clearing up, holy crap. Glad your hearing is back to normal, too... I was kinda worried about that. I know someone who had an ear infection like that, and their hearing wasn't so lucky. :(
Mmmmm "Juicy" ears... :P Yay for that clearing up, holy crap. Glad your hearing is back to normal,
