My tablet is fixed. Yes. Up until now I have been drawing on my Cintiq companion detached from anything. At first it didn't strain me too much, but I eventually hit the roof of limitations that comes with its hardwer and my art suffered from it. Of course I did my best to not show it, but now that it's back online, fully supported by a powerful PC and working as a tablet only, rather than a portable computer, I can tell the difference.
It's incredible: I couldn't feel the weights I was drawing with around my wrists until I finally removed them and now I feel lighter than ever. I already had this feeling the first time I started drawing like this, but now it's even grander.
What does this mean:
1: I'll be twice as fast
2: I'll be able to bring ten times the quality
3: I'll be more comfortable
4: streaming will be much easier.
In other words, if you commissioned me now you'll get me at 100% of what I can do and I couldn't be happier. Thanks a lot for chosing me among many, have a wonderful holiday!
