I wasn't ready to launch the next Ko-fi & patreon thing yet, I'm just now testing the later out.
Some people went ahead and posted journals to help.. Thanks, but some are overstating the importance of the issues I need fixed. I mean things look abysmal but I'm not literally dying yet, nor is it certain.
I'm currently focused on prepping for the colder weather (repairs & supplies) which is highest importance now, so I haven't had time to post the stuff yet, (not much of it anyway, some of it's not set to visible yet, takes me awhile to write the descriptions). I needed to post about half the way overdue stuff first before I'd feel okay with asking help to do more, obviously.
I mean if some of you already intended to do it as a holiday gift, then fine, but I don't want people thinking it's an imminent disaster right now, that probably comes in a month or two if things go wrong. But more preparations might help. Like if I can afford to increase heating to more comfortable then I can probably maintain completing some art rather than needing to rest & wait through most of the cold weather again (difficult to draw when numb from cold).
But basically, if someone else is in serious medical or other life threatening need right now (but check on people to make sure they're telling the truth) then I'd prefer you divert help to them first.
In the past few months I've gotten about half of what I needed for the winter, but my recent concern is I might not be able to use paypal anymore when they upgrade their site in some weeks, so I would need to increase priority on completing a new system. So far I have been forced to focus on more immediate problems like repairs & winterizing.
I dunno, I just don't want people to say I'm horribly dying & the victim of everything at the moment, I mean that could happen but I'm not sure how bad things are yet, I was going to ask myself in a few days.

Well, a more correct analogy to that would be if completely surrounded by fire there's no point in running into it in a panic, that's the safest spot. All one can do is wait for the end or for a miracle like the sprinklers or a heavy windy rain.

I already don't like asking for help, but its worse if it ends up being under false or solely assumed pretenses. I know things are bad but I cant risk asking for tons of help on mere maybes - when a far worse problem could follow, it would be a bad idea to ask again so soon. See, so far, at least I can prove my situation when needed, but I can't for things that might be.

Misunderstanding a side you got a lot of people that will jump to try and help you, can't be helped I'm afraid heh :) would have posted something myself but my little bro conned me into taking him to pick up a few last minute things for under the tree.
