- Refunds policy
Before you order a commission, please check my gallery to make sure my art style and skills suit your needs. Once I receive your payment, I commit to offer the best service possible, but there will be no refunds.
- Costumer input
If reference images are required, please whenever possible resort to links to reliable gallery or image-sharing websites (DeviantArt, InkBunny, Imgur...). If you purchase a colored or shaded commission, I will show you the line-art for corrections as soon as it's finished, before moving onto coloring. The final product will also be sent to you for your approval before it is posted online (see Publication) If you take over one week to reply, I will post the unfinished image as it is, unless I am aware that you are unavailable at the moment. If this happens, I'll continue working on your order once you provide your feedback, but only after all other commissions are finished. The unfinished picture will not be removed from my gallery when a newer version is available, but it will be moved to the 'scraps' section or overwritten.
- Publication
I will always publicly post your commissions on my galleries. Unless explicitly requested, work-in-progress commission sketches might be shared with Patreon subscribers. All clean commissions will be posted on my DeviantArt, Twitter and InkBunny accounts, provided that they suit their individual rules. All mature commissions will be posted on my InkBunny account, edited whenever needed to censor human-like characters. Censored versions of mature commissions may be posted on my DeviantArt and Twitter accounts, if they are more artistic than pornographic. Pony-related commissions of either kind may be posted on Derpibooru.
- Usage and reselling
You are not allowed to edit my art under any circumstance. If you order a pornographic commission and would like a censored version to post on a SFW gallery, ask me and I'll make one for no additional cost. You are not allowed to resell my art, or otherwise use it for monetary profit, under any circumstance. If you break these rules, your theft will be reported and you will not be allowed to order any more commissions from me. However, after I have posted your commission on my galleries, you are welcome and encouraged to repost it unedited, provided that you give me full credit, that you link the original work, and that it suits the rules of the website you choose. NEW Commissions shall not be fed to or editted by AI algorithms. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from hiring my services again.
- Third parties
If your commission contains characters not owned by you, you are expected to ask for permission before you make your order, unless you are absolutely sure there will be no complaints from the original owners. If I am forced to take down your commission from my galleries because of third party conflicts, you will not be allowed to order any more commissions from me.
- Won't draw list
I will not draw scenes that show characters being harmed, abused, forced, humiliated, tortured or raped in any way. I will not draw scenes related to excretion fluids, body odors, oral vore or any sort of ingestion or absorption of a living being. NEW - I will not draw minors in sexual or explicit situations of any kind. I reserve the right to reject any orders including concepts not in this list, in case I deem myself unable to artistically cope with them. More rules may be added whenever I learn about any particularly twisted fetish I didn't previously think possible. These rules are relatively flexible and I may rarely make exceptions, but if your order gets rejected, please don't push.

De momento están "un poquito abiertas", se me puede convencer si la imagen me interesa y no me quita mucho tiempo, pero según mi trabajo "de la vida real" me vaya quitando más tiempo, al final las tendré que cerrar del todo.
