Happy Bday to Me!

by
Made it to 47! Quite an accomplishment considering I used to think I'd die of old age by 35 back when 35 was SOOOO ancient!

Now to go find all the free stuff starting with free breakfast at Denny's!

Think about that stuff when you're my age, sonny.

Happy birthday,  dood. *gives cake and throws confetti*

Age doesn't scare me in the least anymore. I look forward to each year and the decade beyond. ^.^ My only regrets are looking back on the idiot I was when I was younger. But I guess it's mandatory to learn the hard way.

Hell, I'm still worried that I won't last much longer than 4025 for the 16th year in a row, and that doesn't happen until later this month!

Well, I made it to 47 a couple days ago & I'm positive I'll make it to 48. Actually, I'll die at 107.

Better than my outlook on my life expectancy! If I want to live longer than my dad, I have to still be alive come March 2nd, 2018. Otherwise, if dad's time on Earth is the same as mine, I'll pass on March 1, 2018.

Very few in my family have lived past the mid 60's, but even by that I've still got 20 years to go. But I can't really gauge it by family since I honestly have no idea of my true genealogy.

Understood. All I know is that there seem to be very few males in my family tree that live to see the age of 41, my dad being the longest lived one that made it "all the way" to 40. The only male I can think of that lived longer than the age of 40 is my great uncle Lou who I think I first met he was around 60-65+ and was still alive at least a few years later until his wife (my great aunt Gladys) actually passed away. He might actually still be alive now.
