Hopefully not the end

With the bs surrounding microtransactions and net neutrality, I wonder if enough people here are scared of what will happen. I dunno if many people here talk about it enough, but I hope they know what could happen if net neutrality ends. The livelihoods of many people here will come under fire. Not only would it screw with the artist, it will screw with the audience.
I've not mentioned it before, but despite my lack of content here, I do assemble graphic designs. The business in question is a little fledgling company called boardmen cornhole gear. I can't speak for what the other people in the company know, but I have a feeling that we will lose out on traffic if it goes through. I also hope that my neighborhood doesn't end up experiencing the troubles of other small towns.
Now I don't know how or why anyone could argue in favor of ending it especially if their own business could be on the chopping block or if their chances of applying for a job are pretty much gone. Maybe you could argue for certain jobs coming back like for newspapers. You could also argue for bringing back coal mining and whaling jobs. You could make an argument for making socialization possible again. So I guess we no longer need our landlines then? And what about people with disabilities that make it difficult for them to socialize? Look, we shouldn't be yearning for jobs of days past. Instead, we should be pushing for helping the old and new workforce adapt to the current situations.
Hopefully we will not let this slide. Hopefully it doesn't get to the point of civil war. If net neutrality stays, I'll post soon after it's passed. If it's gone and our web plans make it impossible to access this site, well it's been nice knowing all of you(both the good and the cunts who blocked me). I wonder how many people here will be stashing porn just in case.
