Happy Thanksgiving....

If I was the drinking kind, I'd be getting stone drunk right about now.... Why? Because this is the first Thanksgiving without my uncle, who was brutally murdered nearly two months ago.... He was always there.... :(

So Happy Thanksgiving to everyone out there, and be thankful for what you've got, and for the happy memories with the ones now lost, because... you'll never know when you miss them.

Travel safe, if you're travelling, and cook safe if you're cooking.

*Hugs* I'm so sorry that your Thanksgiving will have such a painful hole in it. But thank you for the well wishes and I hope you're able to get some good out of the holiday regardless. You're absolutely right that we should be grateful for the people in our lives, and make the most of the time we get to know them. Even if we've never met face to face, I'm grateful to have you and all of my friends here on IB in my life.

Thank Primus you're not dumb enough to be the drinking sort. That would only make you feel worse.

This will be my second Thanksgiving (and then birthday) with only the cats for company. Fortunately, I don't drink either. :p
