I think it must depend on the actual stuff commed. For example, stuff you don't like but can still draw will go at higher prices, and the stuff you like or even love at same or a bit higher.

I think the quality of your work warrants a $10 increase. I'm against the idea of you charging more or less on the basis of your interest in the project, as UltimateShadow suggested. That potential hidden cost for people when they send in commission details may turn people off on going through with things, and others may also try to play you for lower costs by always implementing the same fetishes; this could get you to burn out on your favorite fetishes, which I'm sure you wouldn't want.
