Artsy Stuffs

Soooo, knowing that I don't like to draw anymore, is there any way someone could help me get that back? owo;

Because I do want to continue being an artist, but I just hate drawing while, when I was in high school, I loved it a lot, would spend hours upon hours just drawing in every class and I would use up an ENTIRE 250 page sketch book in a week and it would annoy my mum because she'd always get me a new sketchbook when I use up one... while now, I would probably use up probably 2-5 pages of a sketch book in a month.

I'd also love to get better so I can draw stuff like what

Thank you very kindly^^

Things just take time. I can't help you in finding motivation to draw... but I'm always available for giving tips on how I draw^^ Something that's pretty simple and has helped me out a lot, is just to go into others art streams and observe how they draw. People tend to be really kind and answer question in their own streams so don't be afraid to ask

it is a slow process, you learn to like it and becomes part of you the more you practice, My tip is to take things you'd like to see in the style fo artists you'd like to see them draw it and take your time, frustration will come but patience usually conquers it, anyway if you want.

[also 250 sketches a month that is awesome!. i can only make like.... 50 .. maybe 100 if im feeling artsy]

Thankies, and it was more like over 1,000 sketches per month in high school, most of them were just me being a goof. lol

Like the others said it's a long process to get to that high level of art. But it's totally possible and it's always good to remember that. I know for a lot of people there's that feeling of comparing yourself to people you think are better and being like "I'll never get there..." Even i've had thoughts like that. It's great to take inspiration from other and learn from them on how they do it, but art will always be a personal expression. It's all about you and having fun with it. Even with bad experiences you need to know that it will always get better. It's great to challenge yourself. Doing it helps you improve and even the pros do it all the time. It will always be a learning experience and that's a great thing.

And for personal improvement try to find what you think you lack and do practice for that specifically. It could be shading, linework, anatomy, whatever! But you should use you faults to give you motivation to push past it and get better! I'm not the best artist by a long shot, but i understand the struggles that many face. If you want to talk about art with me i'm always willing to help you. ^^
