Justice League was an alright movie

Just came back from seeing it not too long ago. It was actually pretty good. Yeah I admit thanks to BvS I went in with pretty low expectations, especially with the troubled production and other things about it but all things considered I would love to see this movie again. My only issues with the production was that it was still edited pretty badly. Too many smash cuts and scenes feeling like they end in the middle of the scene in order to keep it 2 hours long. I also really wanted to see more of J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon as we barely spent any time with him outside of one major scene.

Have you seen it yet? Did you like it or not like it? What were your favorite parts if you did like it?

Not too sure how often I'll be online but I do want to try and work on things more around here. I've actually been getting into online gaming since getting a Nintendo Switch and I want to attempt to build my friends list since I'm hooked on Puyo Tetris and Splatoon 2.

Not as explosive as you'd think. I don't really have much to say on the subject of BSC since there hasn't been much on the other side about it. I'm still working on my own game ideas though by doing some writing and practice programming. Wish I had more I could say about it though.

Nah, I'm not going to see this. BvS (and Man of Steel) left such a horrible taste in my mouth that I can't even get up the interest to see this as a "Waste a couple of hours" movie. Hell, Wonder Woman wasn't even that great in my opinion, but it was a hell of a lot better than any of the others. Though I heard that the guy that played Ronan Dex in Stargate: Atlantis played Aquaman in this movie, so that's at least a little interesting.

Yes, Jason Mamoa was probably the best part of this film. BvS was a pretty bad film but there were parts of it I did like so I can't completely write it off. Idk, Justice League on it's own was really a good movie worth seeing just for the heroes themselves. I honestly feel that Joss' influences may have saved this film from becoming a BvS like disaster.

Ah!  So that's his name, I totally forgot.

As for the movie, they've been doing a whole 'Dark DCU' thing ever since The Man of Steel, and that's what's been bothering me.  Superman was never supposed to be dark and gritty, that's Batman's shtick, so with both of them trying to 'out Batman' each other it kills the mood for me.  Justice League might be better, I don't know, but to me it's not worth seeing it in the theater.  I might rent it once it hits DVD, but I doubt it.

I'm not saying there isn't anything to enjoy about the movie, of course, I'm just saying that, as a whole, it isn't something I'm interested in.  Hell, I liked Suicide Squad and there's still a fuck-ton of things wrong with that movie, so I can see people liking this one.

Honestly bro, Justice League was nooot very good. At all. Like forsure the movie can be enjoyed by some, but at this point the MCU has completely taken over: and I'm okay with it.

What do you like better: MCU or DC?.

My feelings on Justice League are the same feelings I had on "The Force Awakens". It was the safe movie that needed to happen in order for things to get back on track. It had a lot of moments that really hit me in my nostalgia and a lot of fun memorable moments too. Perhaps my favorite part is when the Flash is fighting the awakened Superman by running fast, but then Sups just turns his head. The MCU will always come up on top though, I won't argue that.

I do actually enjoy both since both were part of my childhood. I wasn't much of a comic book kid but I loved the cartoons, the 1994 Spider Man and Xmen cartoons, as well as the Tim Dunn Batman and entire DCAU. Though I did dig the DCAU a lot more since it was around longer.

My friends ant to go see it today but if I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to see it, my interest in DC movies has been super low ever since they started all this "dark and gritty" period after the batman trilogy.
I've heard wonder woman was good but the trailers looked uninteresting enough that I did not see it and justice league gives me the same vibe.

I found annoying that wonder woman has sword and shield she does not in comics, so why suddenly need add them in film sigh. Its not terrible film all in all really and thats somethink, as long as dont expect caracters to be fully how was originally written to be.
