So yesterday I had the start of a headache. I usually call them depression headaches because it's always accompanied with a crappy outlook or mood. I wanted to relax and just let the headache fade, so I made some hot chocolate with swissmiss then threw two spoons of dark coco powder into it. Within less than 10 minutes of drinking it my headache was gone.
Another thing I learned about my brand of headaches is: acknowledging and accepting something I'm feeling and concentrating on it makes it go away quickly
Here's some other quirky stuff:
If you have pain and fever from gallstones, flip yourself upside down, the fever and pain will go away while you're like that. Yes, I did this myself as silly as it seems, you really don't care when you're in that much pain.
Holding something cold at the roof of your mouth in the back for a while, then swallowing it helps avoid icecream headaches.
