Life Update

So the last few months have been really rough on me. It seems like everything is breaking all at once. It started with my vacuum, then moved onto my dish washer. Weeks later it was my drier, then after that the AC/Heater gave out. Today the intake valve on my toilet exploded. There is water everywhere and the damage to my apartment is insane. I'm hoping my renters insurance covers it because my savings has already been bled dry. As such I will not be commissioning anyone for a while, unless it's a trade, so don't expect any art from me for a while other than what I've already paid for.

Been through all that for years except for a dishwasher (never had one).
I can't replace most stuff so I use minimal replacements or just do without.

Yeah, you should rebuild some savings before spending again.
It's probably okay to ask for some help back if you're going to need it..
I know this pattern well, something else might also need fixing in not too long too like a PC or car.
Best to nip it in the bud for those that have the resources.

You already helped some before so I'm trying to reserve some spots in group art things been working on for you/them.

A bit, repairs are being more of a time consuming pain though, but you might know what that's like recently x_x
But it's nice to have some of the problems dealt with for now.
I still strongly recommend you put maximum priority in saving up though, I know from experience winter can be a very bad time for more unexpected problems.

Yep, it's being taken care of today. I'm only responsible for a $2500 deductible I think so it could be worse.

Ouch! I'm really sorry to hear that buddy, must've been terrible with the water getting everywhere.
Here's hoping that everything goes well and that your insurance will be able to cover the damage, if there's anything I can do for you then just let me know, okay? *hugs you tightly*
