Funny how things work

The one thing I didn't expect to get much attention, gets the most attention.

I want to note though, I hold no hatred nor any negative feelings over anyone.

A great deal of people feel personally gone after when something hits close to home. Admittedly, that was even my initial reaction. I am creeper-prime after all, The creepiest mooglebot since creep came to creeptown.

My brain kicked in though and assured me that you weren't telling me personally to stop my perverted behavior, or that my perverted nature is wrong. You were simply requesting it not be inflicted on you, which is something that should be respected without controversy.

To be fair....I don't recall ever receiving a comment from you that was disturbing to me.

Despite my social limitations, I've gotten fairly good at figuring out when folks are and are not receptive. Plus I know you're personally straightish, you said so in voicechat on TF2. Even if I remove all the moral factors from creepin, It's within my personal interests to behave, lest I reduce your output.

Folks like me should know to save it for f-list (or whatever the popular roleplay service is when this message ages and is found in an old archive.) except specifically for those artists who encourage it and say it helps em creatively.

I won't namedrop the artist, but another artist called out "creepy" comments before, and when asked to explain what they mean by creepy, they said, paraphrased, "If you don't know what's creepy, then there's something seriously wrong with you!".

I was already annoyed by this to begin with, and the pretty open insult just pushed me over the edge. I unwatched them, blocked their submissions, and I think I blocked them as well. I've been a bit sensitive to this issue ever since.

I'm glad I wasn't pushed into doing the same to you. I said it before and I'll say it again: It would help if you avoided the word "creepy" in this context. Even if the implied insult isn't intentional, it's still there.

Note that I'm still not trying to be disrespectful. The fact that you were willing to explain just what you find creepy, and remained civil during this... event. Is actually pretty respectable.

Yeah, I think I've seen a comment related to that before.  It was a dick-ish response that didn't explain anything.

I explained to another user that I wish I knew a better term than "creepy".  But it is the word usually associated with the certain comments I'm referring to.  I see how the use of the word can reflect upon the user it's directed to and I do want to be clear that I don't think the users of are creeps or negative people or doing it to offend the artist.  There maybe a better term to use, but my brain can't think of it.

But yeah, I really mean no offense and no insult.  And I do apologize to anyone that I have offended or insulted.

And I've felt no disrespect from you (nor anyone who spoke against it.)  A lot of valid points of views were given to me yesterday.

Admittingly, it tuckered me out quite a bit by the end of it XD.  But I'm glad it all remained civil .
