Serious question

I have a lot of difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep.
Anyone have any tips for dealing with this?

You may want to look into a sleep-study if it's a common occurrence. Sometimes difficulty breathing could wake you up and you not realize it.

That may not be far off, considering my constant allergy problem that basically results in permanent hayfever.

Then yeah, you may want to look into that sleep-study. It could tell you what you have going on in terms of the restlessness. I'm wanting to get one done for myself since I suffer constant allergies/breathing-problems.

Find someone to fuck on bed, that would make you sleepy afterword...

Pretty much someone else said. I have sleep apnea. If you have it, you stop breathing for a moment, and your body delivers a jolt of adrenaline into your bloodstream to get you started again. Often, it's not enough to wake you up but it is enough to keep you from feeling well-rested. Sometimes, though, they do wake you up.

As far as falling asleep in the first place, I put together an instrumental playlist of music on piano, and strings, and play it at the lowest possible volume. It's enough to keep my brain distracted from thinking of things that bother me (usually the main reason for keeping me away). It's usually enough to lull me into sleep pretty quickly these days. I used to toss and turn for an hour or more.
